Case Studies

Case studies are used in workshops to simulate client situations and problems and to help participants customize financial solutions. Case studies are often based on actual clients of the bank. Each case study takes between one and eight hours to complete, depending on the purpose and scope of the case. Case studies typically include:

  • Detailed company description
  • Financial statements
  • Executive bios
  • A series of open-ended questions designed to lead participants through the analysis
  • Descriptions of alternate solutions, what the company actually did and why
