Once we reach agreement with our clients on which finance practice areas and specific jobs will be addressed by the learning systems or programs, Globecon maps the required competencies by each job level/position. Globecon works with our clients to match our job descriptions to their specific titles. These job-specific competencies guide content selection so that what participants learn matches the precise capabilities they need to improve their performance.
