Privacy Policy

Globecon does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services requested by you. To the extent that your employer has licensed this content on your behalf and requests management reports, information will be provided to your employer.

Globecon may transfer your information under the following circumstances:

• When Globecon provides information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Globecon under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Globecon communicate with you (e.g., an email service bureau). These companies do not have any right to use or share this information with any other party.
• If Globecon must respond to subpoenas, court orders, or as part of the legal process, or if Globecon must establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• When Globecon believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Globecon's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

Globecon will transfer information about you if Globecon is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Globecon will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
